What low-carb diet are you following, and what are the pros and cons of it?

  • I'm trying to decide which one to do. Any input will be GREATLY appreciated!
    Also, how successful have you been?
  • I do Pritein Power. I have lost 60 about on this diet. the success is in how closely your follow it. if you cheat then you can and will fail there is many different variations of low carb. many start out doing Carbohydrates addict as they feel that the reward meal is worth the loss slowly. ad any low carb is a slow loss eeven though it is touted as fast loss there is no such thing as a fast loss in any diet except for the first few weeks and that is all just water. i follow this woe v=becasue i can not contol my self wehn i get near carbohydrate i do not know when to stop. i have recieved many bennifits of the low carb woe and that is first and foremost feeling much better feeling in control of the foods that i eat. knowing that i can pass the cake and icecream and not have cravings, the riding of the heart burn, the riding of the headhache, the increased energy (before any weight actually came off not just the energy found after weifght came off) no more loggy feeling mid day and after heavy meals. to eat the steak and eggs that i love so much I do not mis the potatoes and not the pancakes and bread and macaroni. I grew up in an italian hoouse and to have me not eat bread and macaroni i though that i would never do it. we i do and i usuallly do great ( yes there are a few slips here and there but all in all the benies thast i have from this diet can be found with any low carb diet out there,. so pick one that will best fit your life stykle and go with that. and we are here to help yopu along. no matter what one you chose.
