Just Dropping in to say hi
It has been a while, so thought I would drop in and say hey. I do think about you quite often and wonder how everyone is. I even drop in and check on you every now and then. But just dont take the time to put my 2cents worth in. I am still on low carb and doing pretty good for me. Have lost between 20 and 25 pounds which for me is good. But I have lost lots of inches. I am sitting here in my xl tee shirt instead of my 3x I was in. Still doing my walking every day. Actually I did stop when it was so hot, but when it cooled a little, I started back. Remember my nephew who got thrown out of school. They did finally let him graduate with the rest of the class and he is now in technical college. Just before it started, they called and offered him a scholarship, so he is getting his education paid for. Remember DD who lost her baby in Feb. She is pregnant again. This one is due in April the day before DH birthday. He had a bad episode with his copd and was in hospital a week in August. I thought I was going to lose him that time. I am not off on the weekend and we go to church together. That still amazes me. After 31 years, we go to church together. Well guess I have run my mouth enough. Yall take care. God Bless
