    WOE // Diet Plan ~~ CAD

    B-2 sausage links - 3 decaf
    L-a couple bites of leftover steak
    S-pork rinds - diet pepsi
    D-chicken vegetable soup - 1/4 c egg noodles (for my carb)
    small salad & decaf iced tea

    WATER

    I have 8 pennies in my cup!

    EXCERCISE

    This is a tuffy--been behind the computer doing paperwork all day! BUT I still have a bit of time to do SOMETHING! I have to admit Zan and (OMG DOTTIE!! ) have me interested in the mini trampoline!

    PAMPER // REWARD
    A bit restrictive as I only THOUGHT I had a vehicle again! I did take time this morning for the hair/makeup stuff that I so seldom have time to do in the morning before DH (or SH) is screaming for me in the office. I know it sounds petty but it is such a big deal for me as I feel SOOOOO much better about myself thru the day.


    COME ON CHICKIES!!! HOW'RE YOU DOING? LET'S NOT LEAVE OURSELVES OUT OF BEING S-U-C-C-E-S-S ful !!

    I am trying to get back into the challenge, but I am currently eating my woes away with carbs. Hope to recover soon.

    I'm trying, I'm trying........not 100% back into the carbs but like the last time it will take me a few weeks to get it right. Having an infant is great cause she doesn't give me the time to eat LOL......except at 1:00 am when I'm a zombi and feel the need for energy.........UHHHH....hanging in there.

  • Hey you guys! There are no drop outs or failures!

    This S-U-C-C-E-S-S Challenge is for EVERYONE !! Good days and bad! Yes, it is to help us monitor and motivate each other BUT that does not mean that stress eating is not still involved! It does not mean that we all eat our dinners at 6:00! DEFINATELY NOT AT MY HOUSE !! lol And it doesn't mean all meals are LC! Maybe think of this as a journaling tool!

    There are so many things that bring carbs back into our woe. Stress, depression, teens, husbands, caring for elders, jobs, hormones....the list is endless. Perhaps by this daily journaling of recognizing our "real life" issues we can start to understand why we're not eating OP or not in the mood to exercise or pamper ourselves and can receive the support of our other friends in "battle" to help move us closer to our personal goals.

    I AM NOT CLOSE TO MY HALLOWEEN GOAL, BUT, I HAVE BEEN DOING MUCH SELF EXAMINATION AND SELF APPRECIATION. I AM NOT OP EVERYDAY....BUT WITH EACH WISE CHOICE I MAKE EVEN FOR JUST A LC SNACK, I AM BETTER OFF. I AM TRYING FOR MYSELF. PLEASE REMEMBER.......WE ARE WORTH IT !!
