My day is starting off good. exercise tonight belly dancing,

Meals
b-eggs hard boiled with cream cheese
l- tuna w/ miricle whip
d-chicken in cheese sause and brussels

of course all my water goal for today 120 oz

A few changes for snack i had egg salad and i was stressed. i am changin dinner to chilli i think:?:

Morning all!! It is a dreary Monday here in TN. Back to work for me! YUK!! DOUBLE YUK!! At least the nanny will be here to pick up the toys and do some laundry...did I mention I love her!!

I hope evryone has a great day! :dizzy:

Meals

b-cream cheesy eggs
l-salad w/baked chicken
d-pork chops/salad/broccoli

Water water

Already did 15 minutes on my treadmill!!

I am up and ready for the day!

Breakfast
~ pork steak
~ coffee with cream
~ water

Lunch
~ salad with meat, lettuse, tomato, dressing

Dinner
~ taco salad

120 oz of water

Walk 30 minutes @ 9:30
Exercise at the Y during lunch

Ruth, it doesn't matter what that scale says! It could definately be all those wonderful salads you've been eating! So, just keep the rest of your day planned and put a dollar in the jar !!!!

GOAL - FOR TODAY
Not to allow the stress I'm under to sabotage myself.


DIET / WOE S-U-C-C-E-S-S- FOR TODAY
Due to a stressful situation I did not follow my Mayo plan. I'm not going to throw the day away tho! I will follow CAD for today!

WATER - FOR TODAY
100 oz is my goal - 3 pennies in the jar so far

EXCERCISE - FOR TODAY
I walked approx 20 minutes this morning and WILL get in at least 15 minutes more

SELF PAMPERING - FOR TODAY
I put a dollar in the jar this morning for my long term
S-U-C-C-E-S-S. I will take a few minutes this evening and read in the gazebo. Some quiet time.

B-None (had court) 2 decaf
L-hamburg patti w/peppers and mushrooms
D-beef roast/salad/green beans
It's not Mayo, but trying to keep it a very low LC day!
