#3 low carb support
Hi all I started another thread as the other one was son long
I made crustless pizza last night and it was pretty good. I will make that recipe again. I didn't do as well on water as I would have liked yesterday. It is so much easier to do that at work as I have quite a schedule there. The grocery shopping went alright friday night. I picked up 2 heads of califlower and my next recipe to try in the "mashed potos" DH continues to be supportive he liked the "pizza". and had 2 helping of salad w/o protest/comments. I just watched. Hope everyone else is doing OK Pat |
HELLO ALL!
I'm back from another weekend trip. Friday was "weigh in day." Another one pound gone forever! That makes 18 in 6 weeks. I will admit that I wish it was more....but I understand that slow and steady wins the race where weight loss is concerned. I know I have lost inches cause clothes fit better and I am wearing some shorts I have not had on in 2 years so that is nice! A pound is a pound is a pound!!! I still managed to get my walking in while we were away! Again, it was so nice to be able to keep up with everyone wherever we went! I took along "Starfish" white tuna in the blue pouches in case eatting out was a problem. They come in 7 ounce packs for about 1.99 and you just rip them open. No water mess and very big chunks! I really loved it! The hotel had a huge free continental breakfast with NOTHING for me.....so I made decaf green tea with the bags I brought......took a plate and fork and ate my tuna for my all protein breakfast! (I survived!) I also made sure the hotel had an exercise room and did the treadmill! Yipeeeeeee! The skirt I wore to the banquet we attended, (which mad plenty of yummy foods I could enjoy by the way) was falling off me at the waist...so when we unpacked today........that baby went in the "Salvation Army" bag! Wooooo Hooooooo!!! I have lots to do to catch up..(plus I had to work today)....so I will catch you all later! KEEP FIGHTING THE GOOD FIGHT! |
Hi ALL!!
Glad to see we all all doing well. The weekend was OK. I was quite crabby on Saturday, but I prevailed! :)
I will weigh myself tomorrow. I think the last time I checked I was 4 or 5 pounds lighter. Off to make dinner. Take care all! |
Hi all. wolf that is the best thing getting past the weekend. it is soo hard at times.
25 you are doing great. tuna on the go? I never thought of that. I will have to get some and bring it with me like that. what a wonderful idea!! soon the clothes will fall off around the ankles, that is what i am waiting for. :D :D Pat I find that the weekend comes and I do not do sso good in the fluid intake wither, we will have to make an effort to drink more on the weekends. I had a slow day hit the oliptical machine for 30 and hit a 375 for cals. I am excited. |
HI All,
Nice to see that we all survived the weekend!! I had an almost close encounter with ice cream on Sunday. Fantasized about cake and ice cream on and off all day  But staved it off. Boredom is a big trigger for me and I was off kilter all day Sunday. In fact looking back I must have checked in here (3FC) 3-4 times on sunday. Which helped alot. DOing well food wise and water wise. Got in 2 w/o's yesterday, and have already w/o' today. 25_H- Glad you had a good weekend. I just hoed thru my clothes as well and this time I'm giving them away. Not saving them for when I need them. WA- Glad everything is OK, Sounds like I got your sat on SUN Sue- Hey girl how are you doing? Great workout!! Getting ready for vacation?? What town will you be near? Hope everyone else is OK Pat 272/253/172 |
GOOD MORNING
Hi all..... Well, I for one am glad this support group is still going strong cuz I definetely need it right now.... its day 2 AFTER induction and that seems to be my hardest time is after the 14 days....so its just one day(or minute) at a time for me right now... somehow I seem to think that since I did the 14 days, its like a green light to stop for a day or two and I know that I CANT do that cuz then I will binge for weeks and have to start all over again....THERE I said it outloud and had to read it so that really helps me!!! I dont want to have to start over again, I seem to keep losing and gaining the same 10 lbs and IVE HAD ENOUGH!!!
OK I feel better now......thats whats so wonderful about these threads is that we can vent, and share our experiences and have SUPPORT.... sometimes this is the only place we get our support and I know for me, that really helps.....SO thanks to everyone who shares their knowledge with us and helps us on our road to a healthier life:) |
Common Terri I know that you can do it. one day at a time! Just lift some thing that weigh 10 lbs and be amazed at the wonnderful things that you have done so fat. 10 lbs is a lot of weight. remember Oprah with her fat in a wagon??? that whole thing was only 30 just think of the fat would be half of a wagon ful. when you are at the store lift a 10 lb roast that is a lot. and remember that fat is 5 times lighter than muscle(so imagnie the roast 5 times bigger) to get the sam weight, that is how much you have lost. I know that you can do it one more day... and one more day...
Pat I must have been checking right behind you I was on about 5-6 times to. I have packed only part of it I am getting to the most of it tonight. I forgot some things shopping :^: . We will be 5 miles norht of Inlet or 20 miles north of old forge, on 28. Eigth Lake. site 115. I am so excited. I need this!!! Wolfangel how are you doing???? 25????? MammaJ????? anybody else that I forgot???? |
Hello to ALL!!!
I just finished the dinner dishes and thought I would get online to check in before going for my walk. I will try to do 4 mile again today..but may settle for 3 if it starts to get dark! Sounds like everyone is staying "on track." Being ready is key! (Make extra trips to the grocery store in order to have "on plan" food ready!) We can do it! Ohhhhhh YEAH! |
Hello!
Doing well here..so is the BF. It's my wonderful time of month, so I can't check my ketosis and of course, my weight is off. YUCK. So I'll have to wait until Monday for an accurate reading.
Sounds like everyone is doing just great! 25Hopeful, we wanted to walk, but the temps and humidity have hit 105 the last few days....so we are holding off for now. Take care & keep cool!:dizzy: |
Mornig girls. I sure picked a great day to not exercise it is to darn hot!!! I did stay OP today. I had something that was certainly interesting I had melba wheat toast with cream cheese. i do not know if i would have it again as the bread set me off for the day and craving carbs is not good. I went a little over my usual but not bad.
wolf say hi to DB we are rooting him on!!!!;) :D 25 can you do my dishes??:^: |
Hello all
Still OP. And I think I have lost 1.5 inches off my waist!! I am going to doa thourogh measurement and weigh in either fri or sat am. I am still amazed at the change I feel physically and mentally since starting this woe. I feel more aware of the choices I have of what I put in my mouth. where as before it was like I was a hostage to my crvings etc. I hope I am making some sence. WOW!!! Sue- Isn't the weatehr a kikker? I can feel the humidity already. and I know we are probably a little cooler than you are. I hope next week is great for you. My sil had reletives where you are going and I guess it's a beautiful area!!! WA and BF- way to go!!! 25H- After you are done w/ Sue' dishes coulod you do mine? tornadotur- Are ya holding on ? You have come so far getting thru teh induction phase, way to go!!!!!! We'll take as you can handle it whether it be minute by minute or more!!!I have gotten so much help over hrer!!!So much friendship and welcome!!! Hope eveyone else is doing OK Pat |
Pat my dishes may take a while , the sink keepg s getting filled. that is why i am having pizza tonight. i will order 4 doz wings so i can try to stay OP>>> I am feeling hostage rifht about nmow tot he carbs,. I am just about to eat some ones head off. I am trying and it is hard a s i know that i will be off program as of saturday well sunday when we eat breakfast, sso i am trying to tell me it is ok fto go off now. i am having such a hard time it must be carbs doing this to me the only time i do this is when i have been overdoing it with the carbs and not writing and doing a food diary, so i know that i am over my limit somewhere and not realizeing it. I need to keep on thinking of 25's saying of do i love pizza more than i want to be thin....NO
Pat i can not wait to go I am so excited and yes it is beautiful. I am a bit worried because of the drought. last time it was this dfry up there the berries were not ripening like they should and the bears were gatting in to the camp sites daily, well nightly. I had to scare one out of our site by throwing shoes at her. and even then she did not go far. I will let you guys know how it goes. OK girls how are you doing???? |
I just checkedi n on another board that i post and ti was there right along. chrominum. I have not taken mne in about a week, that is known to help with the carb cravings, I am diving in to my bottle right now!!!!!
UUUHHH ........ can some body help me? I got my head stuck in the bottle:o :o :o Good news I am back and I did fine. I even was smelling the pizza. I wish that i remembered it earlier. I will say that it doeshelp if any body is wondering. 400 mcg of Chromium pilcolinate. phew:cool:   |
Hello All!
I have decided that carbs are POISON! Yep! I have been staying on plan (I am doing Atkins) and feel so good, and just know that if I allowed myself a piece of pizza or a bagel or something, as good as it would taste..it would send me right back to the **** I was living! The wings are a GREAT idea nasus. I made a big tray of them yesterday and had them for lunch and dinner! (Let me know more about the chrominum thing. Is it found in certain things or a pill or what?) The weather here in Pittsburgh has been HOT too! We need rain BAD! I managed to walk my 3 miles yesterday and today. I have been going from 8:00 to 8:55 cause it is much cooler by then. It feels good to sweat...and I drink lots of water. My hubby walked with me the past 2 days and said he is proud of how I can "keep up" with him. (We use to go for walks before and I always complained that I felt like a little chinese lady staying 4 steps behind him!) He is 6'2" with a big stride and I am 5'9" with a medium stride. I think doing 3 miles under 1 hour is good so far becaue the track we do has alot of up and down hills. It really works you out. I love using the hand weights too. I HATE my "Popeye" arms and wish I could walk on my hands to give them a work out and lose the fat! fralick....How long have you been a low carber? I know what you mean about feeling better. I notice at work that I am much more sharp and I love not having the headaches I used to get. It is wonderful. Tomorrow is "weigh in day" for me. Keep your fingers crossed. I will report in! Stay on plan all! SICK OF BEING FAT HERE IN PITTSBURGH...BUT LOSING IT BIT BY BIT AND LOVING THAT!!!!! |
Happy Friday All,
Sue - way to go!!!! I was worried about you. You seemed in a bad way!! I will be thinking of you on your vacation. Keep them mama bears out of camp but be careful. That area might have had a little bit more rain than my area has had. So the berries might be OK. My husband and I usually pick blackberries on hie grandfather's land but I am sure they are dried right up. Now try to leave those evil marshmallows alone, or limit yourself as you can. And just sit back and enjoy yourself!!! 25H- I have only been doing this 3+ weeks. I researched for awahile and then decided on teh low GI index diet. I am in the transition mode of learning new ways to cook and shop. DH is working w/ me and has lost some weight and admits to feeling better. Which has been a great help!! Well everyone have a great Friday. Sue i will miss you!! pat |
Hello everyone!
We are doing great here. I'm down 5-7 pounds and BF is down 10 pounds. I had a weak moment and had some cheesy potatoes...but I'm back on track! Hope everyone is doing well. Have a great Friday! |
I have to say I did great and i almost did through the night but I will say that i was not on plan for tonight, and will be officially off till next sunday. I wish you all great luck in the days ahead and wish me luck in avoinding the marshmellows. if i can avoind them i will be doing good. (I am bringing my chromium)
25 there are several kinds but i find it in the vit section of any store inclucing walmart, they are slightly expensive but i am a believer after yesterday, if it could help me avoind a total disaster of my favorite pizza, from my favorite place and just watch it does work. I take the highes dose 400mcg a day, they have tablets that are 200 and i suposed they can be taken in divided doses to help the cravings. I will have to remember you everytime i pull the marshmellows out, is this worth it is a marshmellow more desirable than being thin??? Am i exercisint this hard just to stuff a few marshmellows in my mouth??? Pat i know you guys just are in a middle of a rain stporm, so you are not on. I just want to wish you good luck for the rest of the week. you have been doing great resisting all the temptation. wolf, you and db are doing really great. I will say that he will lose much faster than you because that is the way men are, do not get upset, us women are programed to retain food more than men as we were in the stone age made to feed and nuture the children so we will hold on to the fat longer. so keep up the great work. Terri, stay strong you are doing just great. I expect to here that you have been OP all the time i have been gone, (I hope you were not reading the part of the marshmellows???) any body else out there I will be thinking of you! |
Drum Roll PLEEEEEEEEEEEEASE!
A SACK OF POTATOES! Ok.......it was weigh in day..........and ........drum roll please.........I LOST 3 POUNDS!!!
That is a "sack of potatoes" and "a pound of butter" I am no longer lugging around in my "shopping cart butt!!!" Yipeeeeeee... me so happy! I have taken off 1 pound each week for the past 3 weeks and was wondering when a couple extra pounds were gonna hit the road. I guess some of the fat cells got together and discussed the fact that there "ain't no pretzels, pasta or pizza" comin' their way....so they decided to bail!!!!!!! Whoooooooo Hoooooooooooo! I hope the message gets around to the rest of the stored fat in my thighs and upper arms real too. "Hey guys......the party is over....no carbs for you...might as well take a hike.........find some other poor sap to hang on to.....no more grub for ya.......GET LOST!!!' Hubby took me out to dinner tonight and I feasted on lemon pepper cod, salmon, crab and a lovely salad. I washed it down with 2 tall glasses of ice water with lemon. YUM YUM!!! 21 pounds gone forever! How good it feels to be able to say twenty something! Sue, I will check into that chromium. I have something in my grocery cupboard that you may be interested in. I bought "Celestial Seasonings" Wellness Tea in the grocery store. It is called "Diet Partner", is caffeine free and listed as an herbal supplement. I bought strawberry citrus. It contains chromium picolinate, (whatever that is.) Anyway, I enjoy drinking a cup a day...and perhaps the chromium in it is a help to why I am not having cravings. What do you think? Have you ever tried that? I need to check out the store next time to see if it comes in other flavors. I bought it by mistake.....It comes in a green box and I thought I was buying caffeine free green tea! fralick.... So glad to hear that you are feeling so well being low carb. It is amazing, isn't it???? How much weight have you lost so far...and are you noticing "inches lost" too? sue.......HAVE A GREAT TIME ON VACATION! "I allow you to have marshmallows for goodness sake!" (Just as long as you don't make smores with them!!!!!!!!!!) You are allowed to treat yourself just as long as you plan for it...and I know as serious as you are about getting the "body" you want...you will not let ANYTHING get in your way! So, enjoy yourself and stay on plan...but allow yourself some treats! AND...think of us! (I will be going camping August 12-17 and I am already planning some "legal food" for me! (Did you get any pouches of tuna???? Believe me....they come in handy!) HAVE A GREAT TIME!!! We will miss you! To any "low carb" lurkers out there...PLEASE join us on this thread. There is lots of support! NO ONE WANTS TO BE FAT!!! |
25 that is why you are doing so welll with the cravings. it is the same thing chromium plicolinate. (sp) AAAAHHHHHAAAAA! you sneaky devil. I am glad that you are doing so great. I will have to hold back on the marshmellows because i can not stop at just one.
have aa great week. |
Happy Saturday
Happy Weekend everyone.......Im still hanging on, barely tho, Ive had a few moments of weakness and I couldnt figure out why all of a sudden after 3 weeks that I would be craving sweets when I havent been craving them at all.... Well, for starters, we found out yesterday that DH has a detached retina and has to have surgery on tues, with a physical and blood work on Monday(He is petrified of hospitals, needles, etc.), having his daughter birthday cake and ice cream here tomorrow for her birthday, the 14 yr old going to cheerleading camp, my sister just got out of hospital, and GOOD HEAVENS, is it any wonder Im stressed!!!!
so anyway, here I am on the comp to avoid the cravings, and now realizing that I am an emotional eater and now I can work around that..... SUE.....PLEEZ get your head out of bottle ha,ha, Glad to know that the chromium works cuz I went and stocked up on the nutrients and Dr Atkins talked about ..... 25..... heck with the drumroll...We are sending in the BAND!!!!!!! Great job with your loss...keep it up,,you are an inspiration for us all.... EVERYONE have a great weekend:) |
Hello All!
Are we being good this weekend??? Work hard at staying on program........you aer the only one who suffers when you go of plan!! terri......I understand your feelings..eat when I am happy, eat when I am sad, eat when I am stresse, eat when I am bored. The important thing is habing an alternative plan. (Get in a bubble bath..(tuff to eat in there!)...or go for a walk...or lock yourself in yourroom with a good magazine (and nothing edible!) It is hard...so if you HAVE to eat...make it something "legal" and not "LETHAL." LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!! Thanks for the "band!" Aftet 3 weeks in a row of 1 pound, 1 pound, 1 pound, 3 all together was GREAT! (I hope next week shows a loss too. I have been losing slowly but steady and that is nice. I do not want to "wish my life away"...JUST THE FAT!!! Keep on fighting the good fight...the good guys always win in the end! wolf....forget about the set-back with the potatoes! We learn from things like that. I officially give you permission to stop kicking yourself in the butt! Glad you are back on track. You can do it! (There are times when a hot cup of tea will kill the cravings for me...try it!) I hope nasus is having a great time and eatting her marshmellows without guilt! I miss her already! fralick...you are doing great these 3 weeks! The inches lost sometimes takes a back seat to the pounds lost in our minds but it shouldn't. I have a pair of shorts I can barely button....but 4 weeks ago they were 4 inches from being buttoned. I will not be able to wear them for another 30 pounds or so....(maybe by Christmas..LOL) but I still use them to help "measure" my success. Keep posting all! And to all you low carbers who are not posting here........JOIN US! The more the merrier! |
QUESTION?????
Hello all you wonderful Lowcarbers!!!!! Hope everyone is doing great this weekend.... Is everyone staying OP????? Hope so..
One of my coworkers was inquiring about the Atkins and asked me if while doing this and you should go off diet for 1 meal or 1 day or 1 weekend, do you have to start induction over again???? I wasnt sure how to answer her because I really didnt know!!!!! CAN anyone help???? She also asked me about the ketosticks and I know everyone is different and for me, it only showed a trace for 1 day, then a negative but I still lost weight and felt great and lost my appetite and all the other symptons....so go figure!!!!!! I told her I would check it out with all my new LC friends over the weekend and let her know....I think shes interested in trying it but you know how hard it is for some to think of eating all the meat, cheese and eggs and actually losing weight.....I told her to just try it for the 14 days like Dr Atkins asked us to and then go from there....... ANYWHOOO.......Everyone have a great day and I will check in later to see if anyone has any answers..... Thank you!!!!:) |
Hello All,
Facing another hot workweek!! I have to tell you that I gave myself permission to go off my woe Sat. Looking back I can see that that is a error in thinking because if this is my new woe there wouldn't be nessesary to go off it. Anyway, I allowed my self some cookies, mac salad and cake. Yesterday, I spent the day in a carb hangover. My husband and I couldn't beleive how uncomfortable we felt just being off P just for a few hours. And we have only been following this for a few weeks. A major learning experience. So we were back on track yesterday with a vengence. Planning is the key. I tried teh fauxpotos last week and if anyone else has done them I could use some tips, because they were way toowet. I spent the weekend surfing at low carb sites looking for recipes. Found some good ones and will post them later. Tornadoter- Can't help you w/ the atkins info. Hope all goes well today. 25- H - I took my measurement this weekend and have lost 10 inches since May. I have almost lost 25# since Jan. It is the low carb woe that has spurted the recent losses. I love using clothes as a way to boost myself. I recentlt put on a skirt that I had never worn, and until the low carb woe, I could get is buttoned but had to choose between wearing it and breathing. I work out 4-5 days weekly and keep myself very active on the weekend. You are doing great!!! And those short s will look great on you this winter. Hope everyone had a great weekend Pat Back on track |
Good afternoon.
My name is Joanne. I'm just finishing my 2nd Induction week on Atkins. LOVE IT!! :) I am looking for a support group to exchange information, recipes and encouragement with. OK if I join you all? I started this program at 258 and was down to 249 after the first week. No hunger! An absolute first for me (a life-long low-fat dieter). My goal is to (eventually) get to 145-150 range and stay there. But what I'd love to accomplish first is to break 200 by the New Year. Several people have been very negative about this program when I told them about it (stopped talking to them about it after that). They kept saying I'm going to get sick and/or do damage to my body. I don't see how. The diet has been proven over a 30-year time span and I take care to get in my carbs as veggies and take my daily supplement. Has anyone else encountered negative responses from those around them? How did you handle it? One more question (then it's back to work): Any breakfast ideas that DON'T involve eggs? I like eggs, OK. Just not every day! I tried finding a low-carb bread to have one slice in the AM with some cheese or ham but haven't been successful yet. The Atkins' baking mix is out of my budget range. Gotta go. I'll write again soon. |
WELCOME jdoneil!
I am a fellow "Atkins Girl" and I love it! I have been on about 2 months and have lost 21 pounds. (I have about 80 more to go.) I am 5'9", wear a size twenty and want to wear size 14 jeans! (Anything less than that will be a bonus!) I feel great...just as you describe. YES...you will hear negatives about the plan. (I have been blasted a couple of times about the plan by people who are either uneducated about it...or misinformed.......or have tried it without success. I say whatever works for you...and the doctor says ok..is fine with me! My doctor said he thought it was a great plan! Please continue to post here....we are all LOW CARBERS and there is losts of support to go around!!! I eats eggs everyday for breakfast...(I microwave 2 for 2 minutes and they are great.with no mess.) I am not bored with it yet because I was never realy a breakfast person and just look at it is my started fuel for the day. I even eat eggs like that when I get hungry...again ...FUEL..not for fun. They are the best thing to start the day with. Try adding cheese or bacon or sausage if you are bored. Pat, welcome back to the wagon! (Glad to see you are back on track.) Don't beat yourself up over it. We are all only one Oreo away from it! I look at carbs as poison now...much like I would not eat Draino..otherwise...I would be back where I started and I did not like it there!!!!!!!!!! I used some duck tape on your butt to stick you to the wagon a little better this time.......hope it's not too tight!!!!! COngrats on the loss of pounds and inches. Me so happy for you!!! Hello to terri and all out there! Stay on plan all!! Have a great week! |
Welcome Joanne,
You're doing great! Glad you like this woe, and this is a great place for support, advice, etc. Check out the recipie area, and also introdue yourself on the daily thread. As far as non-egg breakfasts, you don't have to limit youself to the traditional breakfast foods. Anything that's allowed for lunch or dinner is fine for breakfast as well. As far as the negative responses you've gotten, well there will always be those uninformed and misinformed people who think Atkins is all about sitting down to eat a whole cow and nothing else, and that low fat is the only way to lose weight and be healthy. You need to be able to counter their impressions with the fact that veggies are a huge part of this woe (after induction at least), & that all you're doing is cutting all the processed junk out of your diet. Get some ideas from the book, and read the "Atkins is Evil" thread on the Fitness Scams board for some great ammunition for rebuttals, courtesy of several l/c chicks. And of course the best proof in the (sugar free) pudding is the success you have had and will continue to have. I didn't tell anyone outside of close friends and family what I was doing and by the time people starting noticing my loss I had lost about 50 lbs. Can't argue with that kind of success. I've now lost 158 lbs so nobody can tell me this doesn't work! Anyway, welcome again, and hope you post often. Jennifer |
HAPPY MONDAY
Hello all,
Well, I got up this a.m and took DH to hospital for blood work and physical for surgery tomorrow.... spent most of day there...and tomorrow Im sure we will be there all day...his surgery is scheduled for 9 am but he has to be there at 7 am and the dr said it should take 1 and 1/2 hrs to 2 hrs for the surgery then 1 hr in recovery....guess Ill take my Dr Atkins book with me,I ought to be able to read just about all of it while Im waiting,ha,ha Pat......Boy, I sure do know about carb overload...isnt it amazing how rotten we feel after we do that.....just goes to show how the carbs affect us.....Glad you're back at it...thats the trick is to get right back on the wagon before it becomes a binge( and I know what thats like also) Joanne.....WELCOME:) glad to have you with us!!! this has been a great board to come to for support and just to share our thoughts and help each other with our Low Carbing woe!!! I sure do know about negative responses.....but I looked at it as this..... these people havent tried it so consider the source and ignore it...Thats why this is so great to come here!!!! Hi everyone. My name is Kathy. I have 100+lbs to lose and I've started atkins today. I've had a good day so far and besides a headache, I'm doing good. The headache is to be expected as I've eliminated caffaine totally from my diet. But haven't had any cravings as yet, or hunger. I'm glad to be here with all of you 25-hopeful invited me and I'm glad she did. Ive read the post and everyone seems so friendly and concerned for one another. I hope to get to know you all.

Good Morning!
Glad to see how full our low carb wagon is! Kathy - Welcome! This is a great place for support, advice & encouragement. Be sure to check out the daily thread as Pat suggested. Pat - If only I were at the maintaining stage! I still have 24 lbs to lose, but may go for 35 to have 10 lbs to play with. Although as slowly as I've been losing lately, I may as well be maintaining. :( WA - My dream is to have someone tell me I need to gain weight. Well, DH tells me that I'm too bony (believe me I'm far from bony) but he has never known me this size. I was about 30 lbs heavier when we met and 80 lbs heavier when we married. The rest of the weight came on during the 8 years we've been married. :o Have a great OP day everybody! Jennifer |
