Is it possible to complete cut out all sugars (white and brown) and all white flour, only have limited white potatoes, maybe one or two per week and still lose weight? Do you have to follow a "specific diet plan" or has anyone had real success with just cutting out all refined sugars and breads?
You do not miss any of it. I cut out the sugars and potatoes I do not even buy them I had a 5 lbs bag mold once and I have 10 and 11 and 16 and 19 year old kis in the house. (the 19's) have moved ont) but it does work and once you get past the initial headach stage and solve the cravings (some foods trigger them) you will do great and yes the weight does come off. my best suggestion is to grab a book and read it. it will help you understand what youa re doing and the mechanics behind it so you will do it better.
