I just stumbled across this forum by accident, and what a happy accident it was. I just wanted to say hi, and introduce myself...I'm Charlotte, an English teacher from Tennessee, 38 (but only chronologically...lol!), and a soldier in the weight-loss battle since I was about 3 or so...ugh. Highest weight was almost 600 lbs at age 15, now about 270, and have just decided to go back to the low carb route to get to 160 or so...haven't weighed that much since about the 4th grade, unfortunately

I thought I would also ask...there are SO MANY low carb plans now...anyone have suggestions as to which is best? Any insight/info would be appreciated.
