Default It's Finally Friday

Good moring everyone. I love Fridays... How is your WOE going? My sister and I have a bet going. I am eating one way and she eating another. Only one more week and we see who wins. We all know my low carbing is a better plan, ha ha

Good morning everyone

I am babysitting today so it has to be a quick one. The babe and I are doing well, the morning sickness is in control thanks to the pills I take at night. My eating is tending towords more lower carb foods since it does make me feel a lot better.

Ran into a friend of mine yesterday at the drop-in center I go to with Miree and she told me she's been doing Atkins for a month now and has lost 20 pounds! I figure she's about 300 pounds and I noticed right away that she has lost some weight. She's doing her own modified Atkins to make it liveable for herself and hey, whatever works because it's certainly working for her!

Hi chickies.......... just a real quick dropin today, as I am between shifts....... the weather is so bad that i guess lots of people stayed off the roads, so it only took me 1-1/2 hrs to get back from NYC and I have an extra 1/2 hr before I have to go to the next place.

I checked the board from dd's computer last night, wrote a big long post, and then her puter went loony -- threw my post out........ now I can't even remembe what I wrote..... oh well.........you can all be sure that it was something thoughtful and wonderful to each and every one of you

gotta fly........

I went to the pool again this morning. Third time this week. Then out to breakfast with a friend. Lovely omelet with bacon and sausages. Then I had to go to the optometrist where I was told my eyes havent deteriorated and my present prescription is still good for me. Good news 'cause I can't afford new glasses right now.
Still no movement on the scale. It's my age-old problem of being OP, in ketosis, drinking water and even exercising but still no loss. Bummer. Oh well. I don't know what else I can do. Just keep plugging away, I guess.
