Talking Last night's supper

I have to say it wasa stroke of genius on my part because these are to die for!

"Nachos"

1 bag of plain pork rinds
1 pkg powdered nacho cheese
1 cup cream
1/3 cup diced green pepper
5-6 large mushroom buttons diced
1 green onion diced
1 cup of ground beef iwth taco mixture in it
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 tablespoon salsa

Easy to assemble: place the pork rinds on a plate, top with ground beef, green onions, green peppers, mushrooms, sour cream and salsa. Stir the contents of the nacho cheese pkg and cream together over low heat with a whisk to make it creamy. You may need to add water because it does get quite thick. Once it is is the desired consistency, pour over the nachos and enjoy!!!! MMMMMMMMMM........................

I also posted this recipe on our recipe page.

That does sound good. I assume the ground beef is cooked already. LOL Do you know how many carbs are in the powdered cheese? How many carbs in the whole recipe? How many people does it serve?

LOL, yes the beef is cooked!

The package had like 4 gm carbs of the nacho cheese stuff and I only used half of it. Serves two people comfortably. No idea on carb count. All I can say is it sure was delicious!
