Hi there everyone !!!! As I said I am not new to diets.I am down from 225 to 190 since last Sept.I have been doing it through a combo of W.W. and walking.I am starting to incorparate more protein and I am challenging myself to try the Atkins plan for a while to see if it works for me.I am a firm believer that I am addicted to carbs,(sweets) Well,I just figured I would jump in and look for some support here.Thanks for listening
