Cheers, I doubt that there is much at the fair that is really legal. The turkey legs are probably marinated in a sauce that has sugar in it. I know there are some really good steak sandwiches, with grilled onions, green peppers and mushrooms with cheese on top. If you asked them to forget the bread and put it in a dish, that would be ok. Maybe ginea grinders? The best thing to do, is ask the vendors, but if you really want to be safe, either eat before you go or take something with you. When I was doing induction, I did try really hard to stay OP. At this point, I've been dieting for over a year and I'm going to endulge in the food. I have a life time of eating right to look forward to, but the fair is only once a year. And, I haven't been able to go for years, so this is really special for me.

ANNE, ya, I don't like waiting for the Dr. either. I heard on the news the other day that some guy, I don't know where he lives, is suing his Dr. for making him wait. Unbelieveable! I like all the protein too and the full fat cheeses you can eat, not to mention the eggs. Suprisingly this is how I lowered my cholesterol.

called me at work to tell me we rec'd the tapes I bought off of
ebay. These are Greers tapes from the eighties I beleive.
Nikkic, he said I'm going to faint when I see the way Greer does
the pretzel position in this video. I told him I heard about from
you! We are still waiting for the body flex plus advanced tape
and extra bar we ordered from the company. I will let you know
about these eighties tapes when I watch them! :faint:
