50 grams of carbs on Induction?
Hi.....I have a question. I am a Lifetimer at goal from doing WW... But I want to lose about 5 or 10 lbs and the weight is not budging!!!
Should I still do induction or go right to OWL, since I don't have much weight to lose?
Also....I have a thyroid disease and after much research, I have read that I should not go under 50 grams of carbs a day, in can inhibit the conversion of T4.
Anyhow...if I do induction, can I just stay at 50 grams a day?
