Monday, July 21

Breakfast:
2 slices cheese (2.5)
decaf w/cream (1.5)
=4

Lunch:
sliced ham (1)
salad (3)
italian dressing (1)
diet jello (.2)
=5.2

Dinner:
boneless/skinless chicken breast (0)
parmesan cheese/flax meal (1)
brocolli (3)
cheese (1)
lc cheesecake (4)
=9

TOTAL = 18.2

P.S. TOM so I am feeling hungry/ravenous...have to stop nibbling things around the house....stay strong...more water. Hopefully after TOM the scale will again be my friend!

splenda (1)
=5

Lunch:
2 pork sausages (1.2)
2 eggs (1.2)
onion/mushrooms (3)
=5.4

Dinner:
chicken/veggie/cheese casserole (6)
decaf w/cream (2)
=8

Total: 18.4 (okay I did nibble a couple of grapes today )

P.S. TOM still hanging around, not sure why (move along nothing here to see)....still hanging in and wondering iif a whoosh is in my future?

4 oz. turkey breast (1.5)
salad (3)
italian dressing (1)
=5.5

Dinner (Red Lobster!!)
caesar salad (4)
shrimp (0)
crab legs (0)
sirloin steak (0)
butter (0)
1/4 cup pease (3)
decaf w/cream (1.5)
=8.5

Total: 17 carbs...and I'm very full. Too many calories and percentages are off (about 1800, 50% fat!)

Still hanging in...TOM almost done...and my 2 month Atkins anniversary on the 26th!

Lunch:
chicken caesar salad (3)
decaf w/cream (1.5)
=4.5

Dinner:
2 eggs (1.2)
cream cheese w/chives (1.5)
smoked salmon (.3)
=3

total: 12....low for me!

Im back op!!

Friday

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs w/cheddar cheese and 4 slices of bacon

Lunch: 2 wasa crisps, salami, ham, cheddar cheese, and raw broccoli with dip

Supper: bbq'd chicken and a veggie (dont know what kind yet)

Snacks: egg salad, and cucumbers w/philly

Total: 18 carbs!!!

D pizza toppings in low carb tortillas, and the insides of a meatball sub, minus the sub!

S Will probably make some key lime cream cheese

Saturday, July 26

Breakfast (10:30 am)
2 eggs (1.2)
butter (0)
1/2 oz grated mozzarella (.3)
= 1,5

Hairdressers: cappucinno! (okay only a small 4 oz serving), made with milk, but I added my own splenda (3)
=3

FORGOT TO EAT LUNCH??? (busy shopping).

Dinner (5 pm)
spinach salad (3)
dressing (1)
roast chicken (0)
decaf w/cream (2)
=6

Total = 10.5!!

Sunday, (it only gets worse)
Breakfast:
2 pork sausages (1.2)
2 eggs (1.2)
decaf w/cream (2)
=4.4

Lunch:
spinach salad w/dressing (3.6)
roast chicken(0)
=3.6

3 pm birthday party for my 5 yr old!!
-couple of potato chips
-couple more potato chips
-celery w/dip
-cauliflower w/dip
-more celery w/dip
-couple more chips
-diet splenda drink
-lick of icing, bit of cake
-another lick of icing
=20???estimate

Dinner:
chicken wings (.4)

TOTAL = 28 - way over total....back on track with lots of water - still in "trace" ketosis!

P.S. At least I stayed away from all the party sandwiches - they looked so good...but I knew only one would lead my down the evil hi carb path of destruction!

L Actually, breakfast was Brunch. I squuezed in a smoothie somewhere.

D Roasted chicken, green beans, cauliflower casserole, cucumbers, deviled eggs (family dinner)

S sugar free chocolate covered caramel


Today:

B Atkin's shake

L 2 roast beef rollups, and an Atkin's Apple Crisp Breakfast Bar

S 2 cups popcorn (for some reason it doesn't affect me)

D grilled chicken with mushrooms, bacon and cheddar
salad and steamed veggies

Not too balanced...but it's been a screwed up weekend.
