Welcome, RFP. I've also heard that Vitamin E helps with night leg cramps. My sis used to get terrible cramps in her legs at night but ever since she's taken E, they haven't troubled her, so perhaps a combination of potassium (which I've just started taking to combat weariness), magnesium (helps keep me going

. and E would cover just about everything.
I did my water workout all alone this morning but it was lovely. Our indoor pool is quite new and has huge windows looking toward our incredible Coast Mountains. Today, all the windows were open so there was a fresh, warm breeze coming in. I didn't want to leave but I had to go and have x-rays done on right foot and knee which have been giving me trouble and bloodwork to determine if I do or don't have rheumatoid arthritis. Keep your fingers and boobs crossed for me, Chicks. I sure don't want that affliction. My aunt had it and she wound up (literally) twisted like a pretzel and thin is nice but she was skin and bones and bedsores by the time she died of it.
Now, I've played long enough and I have to go and bag/freeze a flat of blueberries before they start going mouldy. They are gorjuss though. Wish I could eat some but that's a no-no at this stage (sigh)
Ruth, don't you dare regress. You are doing so well on SBD and in Onederland. I've been bragging about you to everybody. Stay away from the vino, my friend.
That's all for now. Catch ya later.
