Sounds like you're doing great! Keep up the good work. I am still on induction (week 5) and enjoying it immensely.
I have yet to tell co-workers that I am on Atkins...I keep a full jelly bean dish on my desk and everyone stops by to visit for a sugar fix. I am proud to say that I have not had a single bean in the last 5 weeks (if I have only one I KNOW what will happen!

).
I get a few stares in the cafetaria line up when I ask for my burger without a bun, or my tuna salad sandwich without the bread,....just smile and say I'm low carbing if anyone asks, but most don't ask, and have been very accommodating.
My favorite is actually being able to go to restaurants and EAT without feeling guilty or deprived. Outback and Red Lobster are my current favorites.
