HI!!! It went great. Learning the paperwork and flying on my own. I managed to give a warning to a person today!! UGH the part I do not like!1 But I did it with tact and can do it again!! The DON is really busy so I will ask for feed back at the end of the week. I am sure that she wants to sit with me but I am managing to fly myself. just checking with her if I have any questions. I do not know how much fo a raise I will get. But the flexability is really great!! I will be going in really early today and again friday so I can check on late combers for the shift.
