4 eggs with fober one for b- and lunch
dinner had 2 chicken thighs. just not hungry I will try to get more in but am really NOT hungry hardly any water and nothing for exercise except typing :lol: |

I don't think I ate enuf today anyways.
Dinner was fast (had to leave at 6:30 pm and we forgot the jazz shoes!!!)....had two eggs and two strips bacon. Did get my decaf w/cream and ate two cheese strings while sitting around. daily fitday totals are" calories: 1123 62% fat 31% protein 7% carbs so totals look good...I am kind of hungry, but too tired to eat, have to go to bed....nitey nite:dizzy: Froufy:cool: |

Breakfast 2 slices turkey bacon Egg/cheese/spinach crustless quiche (I made 6 individual ones and froze them) Snack String cheese 20 pecan halves Lunch Chicken Breast Mixed Salad Oil/vinegar dressing Snack 1/2 Atkins Advantage bar 1 string cheese Dinner Chicken Breast Mixed Salad Oil/vinegar dressing (I didn't feel like cooking hence the ho-hum lunch and dinner) Evening snack Diet jello w cottage cheese and a sprinkle of pecans. Too many nuts today but they're my big weakness. |

2 eggs 2 slices bacon coffee w/cream Lunch: lunch meat (1 carb) salad oil/vinegar dressing Dinner: 2 hot dogs salad w/italian dressing coffee w/cream Don't think I ate enuf again...a bit hungry. Did have teensy 'cheat"......2 potato chips (told ds to get the bag off the kitchen counter immediately) and a couple forkfuls of macaroni (I had a bad day at work and came home with a splitting headache, hungry and not wanting to cook..shame on me). Thursday June 5 Induction day 3
Breakfast 3 boiled eggs with 1 tbls mayo Lunch baked chicken breast 1 deviled egg Dinner chef's salad with ham, turkey, cheese, egg, bacon, lettuce, onion, cucumber, green pepper, 2 cherry tomatoes ranch dressing I had dinner at a pizza place with everyone else eating calzones and pasta dishes and it really didn't bother me. I really enjoyed my salad. |

YES, I love food logs, it really really keeps me in line. I'll be posting tomorrow to let you know what I ate. Probably Smoothie, nuts, egg salad, cube steak and veggies. We'll see! |

for me I know my diet is not quite up to snuff. I start out good but then go down hill. I have been carbless or low but not enough food. |
Sue- I'm probably not eating enough, but with my schedule it's what you can grab. I am in my last semester of an LPN program. I graduate in July, so I am either sitting in class all day or in the hospital all day. By the time I get home in the afternoon and feed the kids. Food is just not very appetizing.
Friday's food Breakfast- 2 egg omelet with cheese Lunch- Marinated chicken breast broccoli and cheese Snack- pork rinds and cajun dip (sour cream, mayo, dehyd onion, cheese and lots of cajun seasoning.) Dinner- 3 chicken thighs w/skin done hot wing style. green beans sugar free orange jello Water wasn't as good today- 40 oz. It's hard to drink a lot when I am at the hospital. Esp in labor and delivery right now. Carol beginning wt 220 |
Friday June 6 induction day 4

I do not have good news to report for food but I will put it down any ways
b- taco meat with cheese l 0 s-0 d- a dish of cooked ground meat. Made spaghetti for the kids and RSH (Really SH) but did not make any meatballs. I was too tired to do much of any thing this afternoon. I have no idea where it stands and hardly any water but i did not carb!!! |
Today I did ok except for lunch. I didn't plan well, and ended up eating the lunch we had delivered at work for the inventory team. (Today was annual inventory)
Breakfast 1 egg, 2 bacon, 2 slices Atkin's bread with butter Lunch - BBQ Chicken Pizza... Dinner Grilled cheese on Atkin's bread, cottage cheese, decaf No snack - didn't eat dinner until 10pm! I was so tired from a long week, I took a 2 hour nap through dinner time. Tomorrow will be planned better. |
