woohoo! I'm starting a daily! When was the last time that happened?
This week has been totally messed up. Stress at work, stress at home, PMS, 1st week of college classes in 6 years. I'm eating way off plan, but I'm going to be doing better starting NOW! Easy for me to say at 1:30 in the morning after finishing 3 class assignments and a quiz, let see how I do after tackling the 8 page Biology paper.
I've had enough caffine and sugar that I'm jabbering like a windup toy monkey according to my Mom. (hey, who else you gonna call at 1am for an opinion?) Anyway, back to the books for me. TGIATDW. (thank goodness its a three day weekend)
Yesterday was a terrible day that started when DH took off with BOTH sets of my car keys. I was due at a frassing Bingo so was not happy when he came back. However he did redeem himself by cooking marvellous chicken skewers for dinner.
It's raining now and I still have some perennials to dig for the plant sale that starts at 8. I also have my 6 pineapple cakes to ice but do have the icing made! Didn't even lick a finger either. I'm off to the greenhouse mid-morning and should go to a BBQ late afternoon but am going to beg off pleading work. Social lies are sometimes needed!

Dyan I have only 1 of this 3 day weekend off. Today so I must get things done early. I am tired I have had 2 very gruling days at owrk and managed to stay OP!!!
Soo off to get my coffee and get things going in this house.
Still alive here and getting better every day. I am going to see my family doctor this morning to inform him of what has happened and to get another prescription (I only have a month's worth of meds right now). I am sure he's going to demand that I see a counsellor. I have no problem with that since I would like to learn the behaviour therapy techniques to surviving the disorder. But for right now, I'm still shaky.

Been thinking alot about you guys but have just not had much time to post.
My boys are making me crazy. They are loud and noisy. Thank goodness for the cat, who is a female and is sitting quietly and nicely in the window, by the computer, purring. dh is still working tons of overtime and I could use a break.
I did get my hair cut yesterday. Finally found a gal who I like the way cuts my hair.
Yippee Skippee! The Church Sale is over and we made a good amount of money despite the pouring rain. Lurker Lorraine called and told Harry I was not needed in the Greenhosue today so................................................ .....I'm going for a nap!

It is (yet another!) cold and rainy day/weekend. As someone said to me yesterday, "if I wanted to live in Seattle, I'd move there!"
Kids are cranky but we've decided on a family grocery trip for our outside exposure of the day. At this rate we may have to curl up in front of a fire - I've already had to turn the heat back on two days ago...
Did G-shopping. Starting on the house again for the 4th time today!!
not much else. just trying to get things in shape for the next 2 days of work. then 2 of rest then 1 on 1 off (baseball game that night) then 2 on. UGH and whenever I get called in.
Cleaning out grannies house today. I feel like suck a theif taking anything! I need a shower before going back to sit Shiva for the night. I farmed out older boy for a sleepove and so othe grannie is sittling with little man tonight. I left $ for Pizza delivery and so it goes. Nice to see you here Tonya, welcome back...
Enjoy the long weekend
Today must be grocery shopping day all around- I just got back with some nice salad things and some basics for the weekend. DH is puttering around downstairs...nice and quiet here!
L144S- I have so many objects from two grandmother's and one aunt's houses! I love having them even the stuff that's not really sentimental, but I think they would like seeing me use. My ironing board was my aunts and also some early CorningWare, and I use dishes, a lamp, 2 mirrors, and bunches of other stuff- they would get a kick out of it, and I smile when I think about it! The traditional china and pictures and so forth are fine, but I never fail to thank Aunt Leah for that great Corningware pan! So don't feel bad, you'll be glad later!
Hi to everyone else- Pooky, hang in there, that's why they call them ups and downs- you'll be up again in no time.
Time to get the pork chops into a marinade, I'm going to light up the grill I think- it's damp and overcast here, but it'll taste good!
