Default Low Carb - SBD - Breakfasts...

HELP! I am doing the S. Beach Diet (from Prevention) Phase 1 and besides eggs, what else would be good for breakfasts?

I was thinking peanut butter and celery, possibly a soy sausage (is that allowed?) on lettuce.

Oh, and does anyone have a variation to the lemon ricotta? I am not into lemon flavoring.

Hi, I ran out of the almond flavoring, so had some coconut flavoring which was great and I just added a couple of almonds to the top.
I am still sticking to my eggs, but understand some are using cottage cheese, but don't see any reason you couldn't use celery and peanut butter (but how do you stop at 1 tsp?)
