Hi all. I don't know if anybody has noticed but I have switched from Atkins to the South Beach Diet. Not much difference between the two, except for lower fat on SBD. It seems to be working as I've already lost a few pounds and I'm feeling pretty good.
Lots of rain going on here so the dandelions are blooming their heads off knowing that I won't be sloshing across our soggy lawn to yank them out. The first dry day though...they'd better look out.
