Food Logs for week of April 07/03
 
Ok, Im doing good so far and have been op for a while now.....finally lost that 7lbs I gained for a second time!!

Breakfast....lots of coffee, just not hungry

Lunch, 1 cup cottage cheese with cinnamon, and splenda

Supper, bbq'd pork ribs and ceasar salad

Snacks, if any will be.....cheddar cheese, lower fat salami, and a dill pickle :devil:

Who's next? Where did everybody go?

Lunch: Chicken Salad
Dinner: Beef tips, squash, okra
Snacks: SF Jello w/ Cool whip, string cheese

Breakfast-coffee w/ cream, 2 slices spelt toast w/sf jelly

Lunch - 1cup pasta sald ,1chicken breast, 1 slice spelt bread w/butter

Dinner-half cup yogurt, asparagus shoots

snack -1 choc chip cookie:( 2oz cheese 1banana

Here's my plan, I'll edit if it doesn't work

Breakfast: Atkins Shake
Lunch: Grilled Chicken Salad w/ Ranch
Dinner: went to Outback, Had Grilled chicken topped with bacon and cheese, and a side of steamed veggies
Snacks: SF Jello w/ cool whip, can of Vienna Sausage

Tuesday

Breakfast, 3/4 cup cottage cheese with cinn & splenda (this tastes like dessert) :D

Lunch, coleslaw and salmon patty

Supper, pulled pork and broccoli

Snacks if any will be cheddar cheese, lower fat salami, and a dill pickle :)

Breaky, 1 scrambled egg with cheddar cheese

Lunch, 1 cup coleslaw and a salmon patty

Supper, pulled pork, and LOTS of broccoli (bit blocked up)

Snacks, dill pickly, cottage cheese if I get really hungry.

Thats about it, I should be good for about 2 more weeks before the sugar monsters start to wake up.

breakfast-1slice toast w/pb and sf jelly

lunch- 1 c. veggie beef soup w/1slice bread w/pb and sf jelly

snack apple, 2 oz cheese

dinner- not sure yet

I'm fixated on pb toast!!! So idecided to just incorporate it into my diet until I get past the fixation! Don't know what else to do!:shrug:

Dinner: Ham, squash, okra + 1 slice LC bread w/ LC jelly
Snacks: 2 Tbsp. Peanut butter

Tilly where are you??

Breakfast, 1 scrambled egg w/cheese

Lunch, salmon patty and 3/4 cup cottage cheese w/cinn & splenda

Supper, homemade "Outback" Alice Springs Chicken :D found the recipe in KopyKat! I'll just have to wait to have the wallabydarned drink! I'll have a salad or something green as a veggie, I dont know yet. But Ive got all the ingredients for the chicken and Im excited about it lol

Breakfast..2 scrambled eggs w/cheese

Lunch..1 salmon patty, 3/4 cup cottage cheese with cinn & splenda

Supper..taco salad :)

Snacks, dill pickle, and co/jack cheese

Breakfast- 1 sl bread w/pb and sf jelly, coffee with cream

Lunch- diet coke, 1slice pork roast

Dinner- veggie salad , pork roast, asparagus spears.

Robin are you making those salmon patties from scratch? If so can you share the recipe? They sound good!

yes I am...and sure.

1 large can of pink salmon(drained and rinsed)
2 heaping tbsp of cottage cheese (even if you dont like the stuff you cant taste it)
1 egg
2 tbsp parm cheese
pepper......no salt, there is usually enough in the salmon and cheese.
....if you have protein powder, use about 1/4 cup and add another egg. (I dont always use it)

smoosh together, its not very firm, but thats ok. Form patties and fry in butter in pan. You should get 4 patties out of this.
Cook for about 10 min on each side. Little more if needed, depending on how much liquid you put in them.
