Default Newbie

Hello everyone. I have been lurking on this website for awhile and decided to finally speak. I guess that the main reason is that I am aggravated with myself and just want to vent.
All this past week, I have been very good with the low-carb WOE. I have tried WW since January and just had all kinds of problems sticking on it. So I decided low-carb. It worked in college (25 years ago) and I figured that it would work now. Anyway, all week I have been 'good'. I am addicted to Pepsi (not diet) and didn't have a Pepsi all week. I drank my water (about 90 oz per day). I could definitely feel the difference. My ankles didn't swell and after the headache from the lower sugar, I felt great!
Then comes Sunday. Didn't want to cook, so what did I do? Bought pizza! And a liter of Pepsi. Ate pizza and drank the WHOLE liter!!! Why do I do things like that?
