Aaargh! Up 2 to 207.5. This has a lot to do with the new crop of maple syrup. I have been falling off program.

I weighed 149 today or maybe it was even 149.5 . However, I am a little 'backed up' so maybe that has something to do with it.

WOW JIFF! YOU GO GIRL! Fantastic!

I've been strictly OP for the past three weeks and today I'm 2 lb heavier than I was last week. Bummer!
But, I believe I know the reason. Yesterday I ate a whole bag of salted pork rinds. Well, I shoulda known better because I know what too much salt does to me. I made them with cinnamon-sugar and they were divine.

SW - 280
Last Wed - 275
Today - 277

Nuts!

Gee chicks, I am so happy for us all.

Jiff you inspire me. I think that is wonderful. Do you mind if I ask you how long it took? Was it by doing low carb? My mom started at around 525. She is about 360 now.

My weight by my scales this week, 160.
Last week at tops 164.5. I don't think I lost that much.

Love tazcat

Default taz, honey.

don't use me as a shining example of ANYTHING!!!!! although i do follow a very low carb plan, it's because of the weight loss surgery i had on january 29, 2002.

most of the ladies around here know the tale, so i'll be real brief: i was hospitalized on august 13, 2001 because i could no longer breathe. i stayed there for 5 weeks, and then transferred to a nursing home to learn to walk again. during this time, they put me on an 800 calorie diet, and i promptly gained about 15 pounds to hit my highest ever recorded weight: 506.

they finally discovered i had sleep apnea, and after they corrected that, i lost 97 pounds between september 2001 and the surgery 4 months later.

that's the basics!!!!! these low carb ladies just let me hang around...

Jiffy you underestimate your own value. You've lost 1/2 of yourself, you silly chick. Just surviving all of that is an inspiration.

Jiff, from what Ive heard about some women who have this done...they evenutally stretch their stomachs out, and gain back most of what they lost.

You seem set in your mind to get rid of it and keep it off. Your eating properly, and your exercising.

You are an inspiration to all of us....dont ever think that your not!
