The weekend was B-A-D. Let's not even go there gf.

Today:
Breakfast: one hard boiled egg, one scrambled egg and bacon

Lunch: from the salad bar - some tuna salad, some chicken salad, .5 avocado, some mozzarella cheese slices and some cooked broccoli

Dinner: not sure.

I'll weigh again on Wednesday. That will give me a couple of days to work the weekend off!

Before swim breakfast was a cold stuffed chicken breast from last night's dinner. It's stuffed with a mixture of chopped ham, mushrooms, spinach and cream cheese and was surprisingly good cold for brekkie.
Lunch was a tuna pot pie (strictly legal with 5 gr carbs), salad of mixed l.c. veggies and oil/vinegar dressing, and a bowl of diet Jello and whipped cream.
Dinner will be a grilled pork chop and a leftover mixture of zucchini, mushrooms and tomatoes. Probably more jello and whipped cream for dessert. My snacks today are those thin smoked turkey sausages.

I did ok but not great at dinner last night - I had a burger (no bun) with guacamole and bacon, and some french fries.

Today:
Breakfast: turkey and cheese roll ups, hard boiled egg
Snack: thai soup
Lunch: chicken pieces with cheese melted on top, broccoli, a red pepper
Dinner: unknown - sadly, will probably involve carbs and wine (my oldest friend in the world is coming to visit me for a couple of days)
