Schwarzbein princ - new book and PCOS
Two questions :-)
1. Has anyone read the new Schwarzbein book, it is called something like Schwarzbein II or Transition - or maybe both? Is there anything in it that I wouldn't have gotten out of the first book? 2. Has anyone really had success controlling PCOS with the SP plan? I really need to work on my diet - I have read soooo many different plans and was following a sort of conglamoration for a while, but for the last year, my diet has been TERRIBLE. I feel like I need a little motivation to get back on track here... I know the Schwarzbein principle book talks about the SP plan helping with PCOS but she has a book to sell. :-) I want to hear from some real people it has helped. Thanks! |
Hi Runner...I'm also very curious about this plan. My Dr. wants me to stay moderately low carb but is not a fan of the Atkins program ( please no hate messages you Atkins fans ) Have you followed her orginal program and if so how did you like it?? Anyone?? I'm really looking for something where I can still have a little fruit juice and more vegies... perhaps low glycemic. Any suggestions?? Thanks gals..Lori

The Schwarzbein Principle
Hi all. I just wrote a rather lengthy synopsis of TSP on another thread. :o Please check out the thread entitled "Schwarzbein Principle". Hopefully I will have answered some of your questions. I don't mean to sound silly but what is PCOS?:?: Perhaps if I knew I could answer your concerns specifically. Anyway, I'm so glad to hear of others who are interested in this program.:cp: It seems to me such a healthy, sound way of eating and maintaining good health. Let me know if there is anything else I can answer for you.
