I am looking for info on this. Does anyone know about the stone age diet? I have read a bit about it. It makes sense to me, just wondering if anyone has done it or knows about it. Thanks in advance.

Scratch that, I just read more into it It does not seem like it would work for me. Too many carbs..no cheese
