Well let me start with the bad news, I gained a half pound

But, in fairness, I grabbed the measuring tape. The good news - I lost 2 1/4 inches!! I lost 1 1/4 inch just from my waist. I also met my goal of going back to the gym

) in additon to walking for 45 minutes after lunch so I guess I can attribute the small gain to building muscle. So even though my total loss is only 6 pounds, I have lost over 8 inches since Jan 27 when I started measuring. Wish I would have measured when I started on Jan 6. Though I would love to have a big whoosh on the scale, I really don't care what I weigh as long as I look the way I want to look

I did not make it though the modified fat fast, did not think it was a good idea to do that and start the gym. Also my Dad is coming to visit and though I do not plan to cheat, it will be hard enough to stay OP on 20 carbs much less a fat fast.
