It's okay, you learned something from it. I hope it tasted good. It's difficult to get your body back to low-carb mode... I had birthday cake this week because it was my husband's 27th... and I'm craving sugar almost every day now. Difficult to get it out of the system. I had a bite of cake last night and thus sleep paralysis this morning (that's when you can't wake up...)... from the low blood sugar.
Don't feel bad about it, just learn from it.
