Before, During and After
Here is my before LC lifestyle picture, taken at my peek!! 300+ lbs. Getting to where I am now, Ive done Protein Power, and Atkins, and miles and miles of walking. Recently taken up weight training.
The second picture is me at 205 lbs making chocolate chip cookies of all things with my daughter.
50 more lbs to go, and I'll post my After picture.

You ladies are wonderful, thankyou so much!
Im 5'9, and carry most of my weight in the middle and my back.
I know some of you out there have before and after pictures, please share them. Its so inspiring and motivational for all of us to see them.
