Before, During and After
 

Here is my before LC lifestyle picture, taken at my peek!! 300+ lbs. Getting to where I am now, Ive done Protein Power, and Atkins, and miles and miles of walking. Recently taken up weight training.

The second picture is me at 205 lbs making chocolate chip cookies of all things with my daughter.

50 more lbs to go, and I'll post my After picture. :)

Robin, even at 300+ pounds you are stunning. You must be tall to carry your weight so well. I, on the other hand, am as round as I am tall. :lol:

Im 5'9, and carry most of my weight in the middle and my back.

I know some of you out there have before and after pictures, please share them. Its so inspiring and motivational for all of us to see them.
