What does this mean

    On fitday when it ask for an amount it sometime's has these letter NS or NFS what does this mean

    I may be wrong but I interpret it as NO Fat or No Fat or Sugar.
    However, I could be wrong! I've been married twice.

    how about no salt??? that is a very important number too as it is regarding the sodium intake too!!! depending on the food
