first the numbers that she should look at is the good cholesterol to triglyceride ratio it should be less than 1:3
first the numbers she gave you is way off the triglyceride levels usualy are higher than 54!! most people are above 150! and that is considered less than 130 is very good. the good cholesterol is considered anything over 35 is good and the bad hdl i do not remember what the norm for that is. but call her and get the rean numbers first write it down.
just hang tough at first it will take a bit of changes and adjusting but mine went from bad to utterly fantastic. I do not remember what mine was before but it was bad!!
the last one i had done was Ldl good was 69 Hdl bad was 89 and triglycerides was 98 so all in all my ratio was just under 2:1 for the triglycerides : LDL ratio
I am a big PP fan too
