Next morning I weigh in and I'M THE SAME WEIGHT. I've been the same weight for about two weeks now. I don't understand it. I've been hitting the gym so very hard lately just to lose some major weight and nothing....
It's discouraging to say the least and it's like, why am I trying to hard when I've not even losing!?!?!
I also have been drinking sugar free koolaid and have made some of the atkin breads, but I don't eat them all the time, just once in a while, I kind of wanted to stay on a induction, with a bit of bread now and then style.... like Atkins limbo. But regardless, this shouldn't cause this stall!! Eek
