You sure will taper off......when I first started Atkins, I did eat alot. Huge servings of meat, eggs, and cheese. But as time went on, my appetite got alot smaller. The only time I get really really hungry is during PMS. Otherwise, I have to remember to eat 3 meals, and eat properly. I find when I skip meals because Im not hungry, I tend to get ravenous 2-3 days later.
