Default Food Logs weekend Dec 28 & 29

Today was the first full OP day(since my xmas overdose of carbs)....Im feeling stuffed and not so cobwebby!!

Breaky, 3 slices of salami
Lunch, 3 oz pork loin and 1 oz co/jack cheese
Supper, ceasar salad

Snack, small clementine orange

Received some really nice no sugar or sweetner added flavoured coffee....its a really nice treat

Man alive, it sounds like you don't eat a lot. I look at some of the people's food diaries and lordy it makes me sound like I'm at some buffet!

Can you eat to much on Atkins? Like of meat and cheeses? I surely feel like I eat way to much on Atkins. Or will I taper it off in this eating when I get used to Atkins ... I'm on Induction still.

Hi Jen
You sure will taper off......when I first started Atkins, I did eat alot. Huge servings of meat, eggs, and cheese. But as time went on, my appetite got alot smaller. The only time I get really really hungry is during PMS. Otherwise, I have to remember to eat 3 meals, and eat properly. I find when I skip meals because Im not hungry, I tend to get ravenous 2-3 days later.

p.s. the ceasar salad is HUGE!!! Something you would serve a family with LOTS of bacon!

Another good OP day.....one more and Ive got it beat again lol

Breakfast- 2 eggs w/ co/jack cheese
Lunch - ham and cheese roll ups
Supper- hamburger with lots of mushrooms and mozza cheese with 1 cup broccoli.

need to give the last chocolate chip cookie to hubby!! its calling me.
