Like I said before I don't remember too much about CAD but I think that you have to have everything even. What I mean to say is that you have to have your plate visually cut into three sections and put equal portions of protein, low carb veggie and your high carb choice on your plate. You should also have a side salad or more low carb veggies. If you go back for seconds you must have somemore of everything and they must be equal portions.
I'm sure that there's someone on this board that know more details about CAD.
Did you get the book? If you dont want to have to spend the $$ on the book try getting it at the library. I've even bought books that were used of off Amazon.com
