Here it is........I studied my food log on fitday yesterday, and I believe I now know why I was so tired!!! I didnt have enough food! Lots of protein, but when it came to carbs, I only had 8 and Im alloted 20, so today, I think I'll eat more!
Breaky- spinach with egg and parm cheese
Lunch- boiled egg, chicken breast
Supper- I havent a clue yet, I have to check the freezer
