    Monday's Report:

    Exercise at 5:30 DONE!

    eat on plan DONE!
    - breakfast bar / coffee
    - lc snack / 32 oz water
    - Protein shake for lunch
    - lc snack / 32 oz water
    - eat sensibly at dinner / keeping it lc / cooking at home more often
    - maintain a food/feelings journal NOT DONE, working on it.

    Keep the house clean and tidy. NOT DONE, working on it.
    Make Halloween costumes in a timely manner so that I will not be freakin out come Halloween. Started mine!

    Make it to 180 (extreme goal) or 185 (acceptable goal)
    Oct 1 = 195 today = 196 (tom is visiting)

    Daily dose of 3fc! Daily accountability for previous day. DONE!

    Thanks for starting the challenge daily thread. I wasn't sure how we were going to do this, but i like having a daily thread. I already posted my Day 1 results on the thread from yesterday, so I won't repeat it here. Whoever gets here in the morning first can start the accountability thread, OK?

    Yesterday went well except not enough water. I'll remedy that today.

  • I tried to get in earlier and stasrt a thread but i could not get in!!!

    so yesterday was posted on yesterday. for today i did wieght for the upper body. eating OP so far I will post later the foods

    water working on it!! already 4 cups of coffee (that does not count) got my half galon jug out and did finish one fo those. so good for me. I nibbled on 2 spoons of baked apples (they were small) but managed to put the oatmeal cookie back before i ate it. (did not want to report it to you guys!! )
