GSC LOL i know the feeling. it s a by product of the fat metabolism. as for what to do?? there is ot much but to brush often but that doe snot help for long dfrink lots of water that will help your kidnesys rid your body of the excess waste from the burning. and you can up your carbs a samll bit. that will lower the level of ketosis and lower the dragon breath.

amd welcome. that is one reason I prefer PP as i stay just above the dragon breath level. (slighly more libereal with the carbs)

I was just gonna say Listerine--that stuff is so strong that I don't think anything can survive!

I use the Listerine strips, you just have to get use to them. I also take a big drink of water afterwards.
I saw on QVC the other day there is suppose to be a mouth rinse that you use 2 times a day and it is suppose to keep the bacteria in your mouth from eating the protein molecules. This is suppose to be the reason everyone has bad breath. Anyway, if you go to their website you can do a search for it. It is costly, around $21 for a months supply. I'll just keep using the Listerine strips at that price.
Oh, and Dr. Atkins says to chew on parsley. I can just see me doing that and getting little green stuff caught between my teeth.
