Well, I guess it's time for me to post my goals - better late than never, I guess!
I'm keeping my goals modest, in hopes of actually being able to reach them!
1) do some REAL movement (either excercise or a "good" walk or even activity w/the grands, when I get to see them) 3-4x per week(which is 3.5x more than I have been doing!!)
2) my eating has been ok, but lately I've been slacking on veggies and salad, so I guess I will need to ensure I have at least 1 salad and 1 veggie each day (my portions are BIG on salad and veggies

)
3) 5 lbs lost -- to bring me to 30 lbs which is aprx 1/2 way! I'm a slow loser, so I don't know if 5 lbs is reasonable -- it's taken 5-1/2 months to lose 25 lbs (and 7 of those were the 1st week!!!)
I guess that'll do it........ good luck to all of us!
