Just what I need
Been lurking all this time and gathering much information that I have been using. Just back from visiting my daughter and family in Rochester Mn I was very good the first 4 days than:devil: a little of this and that and I was off and running.

I am definitely IN. I've been sticking very well to the Fat Flush Plan (nearly typed Sat Slush Plan, LOL). It's very low carb according to FitDay so I think I qualify. I really need the accountability and I love the companionship. How and when are we to report in.

I'm in!!!! I just started all this stuff last week so i'm good to go!! I"m gonna try and not have any sugar!! ----but, there is no way i can give up my diet pepsi's!! I work 3rd shift and some caffeine is a must for me also!!---debyj:D
