Welcome!

Feel free to jump in anytime. I have only been doing low carb (Atkins) for four weeks now so I am kind of a newbie myself. I have lost 18 pounds in these four weeks so I highly recommend it (low carb). which plan are you following?? If you are interested in Atkins check out www.atkinscenter.com there is a lot of good info and pictures, sucess stories, etc... on it.

good luck!!

Thanks very much!!

I am following the New high protine diet (low carb) by Professor Charles clark, i think they are a close comparison :)

I like this diet, i was always hungry or missing something when on a calorie counting diet but this one works for me :)

Thanks again!

Welcome Toryah: I'm sure you'll like the low carb WOE. I hardly ever miss the highcarb foods any more. I'd like to know more about the plan you are on. I think that's one I haven't read about:o Do they have a website, or is there a book about it? I like to read and compare all the different plans, then do my own thing, but with a little knowledge!!!

It is a book that i have about it...im getting used to it now...at first i really missed bread and potatoes but now it really is becoming a way of life :) and i have noticed my energy levels have really boosted since being on this diet :)

Take care
