Did any of you get a quick temper at the beginning? I feel like I am screaming at my kids all day (even though they WERE extremely cranky today too). sigh.

If yes, when I can I expect this to end?

Hi Susan,

For me the first three days were very difficult, I was moody and I experienced headaches, but after 3 days, WOW, did I feel great. I think some have mentioned that it can last up to a week.

Hang in there and give it time, it is worth it!

Hi Susan, me too! I think my *****iness (altho this IS a normal state for me!!!) came from the cravings... which DID disappear. Really and truly - they are gone (mostly, well 98% of the time anyhow )
