I've always felt the WW goal weights were too low for me. Ran across this on one of the boards and copped it for us.

I sure feel better with a goal weight of 148 rather than 105-115! 115


I always thought that the 105-115 was TOTALLY unattainable for me at this stage of my life... you have PROVED it! Quite frankly, when I started this program (for the umpteenth time!!) I gave myself a loss goal of approx. 60 lbs........ that number is only 5 less than the "ideal" number that the link calculated for me

) but I can understand it. At 5'10" medium frame, I don't think I should weigh 135. I would feel good at 150 sigh ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ I believe those old chart are WAY off. And they never factored in McDonalds ROFL !
