I am afriad it is. it is the carb withdrqwl you may want to try to wean your self down but if you can stand it this will last just a day or 2 more then you will be amazed at how great you feel you will feel like you have tons more engery. many people have that when they go from very high carbs to no or very low carbs. take a bunch of pain relievers and rest OK?
