Thanks for your advice guys, I will speak to my pt (thanks Tip!) and talk to her about it. I am more calm now but I still feel self-conscious going to the gym. I promise I will go today and speak to her and perhaps I will feel better about the whole thing after I do.

. I'm stuck on 229, but feeling a bit firmer and more muscular, which is great! Alas, I'm down with the flu, so my idea of a workout is shuffling from the bed to the couch. The biggest challenge is not snacking all day. I hope the other Spring Steppers are doing well and feeling better than I am! jaelynn
