Default Kickin' Butt Weigh In Week 6

Can you believe it has been 6 weeks? We've come a long way, chickies!

Since we've come a long way, how much change have you noticed in your body? Have things started firming up? Have you noticed some missing inches? Are the pants just a little looser? I know I have and I'm really happy about it!

Last week: 216
This week: 218 but I know it is serious water retention from TOM

I usually weigh in on Wednesdays but since my mysterious period has paid a visit, I might be retaining some water. Let's just say I'm lookin' for the whoosh fairy!

4 lbs & 2" in 2 weeks. Not too bad. I really need to get back exercising if I want the pounds and inches to fall off. Will try to motivate myself to get moving tonight!

Jan 28 - 208.5 - a miracle!
Feb 4 - 207.5 - another miracle!

Feb 14 - 205? There is still hope but 2.5 would be a lot for me.

Feb 4 - just looked at my weight Dec 28 - my first weighing of that month and was 218.5! Yikes! So I am actually 11 pounds lighter than just after Christmas.

Wow, you all are doing so great! THis was teh end of my third week since i commited to eating right again, and excersizing. I took my measurements but did not weigh myself (scale busted, oh well) on the 24th of january though, so it is still a bit early for me to see any real difference. good new is I am feeling great, and the running is certainly firming up the legs! DH said i need to just measure again in two weeks, then i will see the real difference. since i am doing lots of stregnth training, actually body building, the scale wont likely move down, just inches. I am guessing i weighed about 160or 162 when this started, since that is about my average when i wear a size 8-10 in my Gap jeans. THe tens are too big now, and the eights feel great. I am hoping that with all this effort come the 24th of february I will see a difference in the abdomen and arms...I can't stand my arms!!!! well, I love them really, I only wish they were stron and lean....

highest weight ever?=179
current=160?
goal=140 or 15% BF (currently 26)

I'm bringing this back up because I want EVERYONE to jump on board again and get excited about thier weight loss! This is very important for us, to see even a half a pound gone is the world sometimes. If you can track your progress over weeks, you'll see that it REALLY DOES work! Look at our Ruthie, isn't she great? (round of applause inserted here)

2 weeks ago: 220
last week: 217
Yesterday: 214
Today: 212

Tomorrow, hopefully, 210. I'm on induction AGAIN so it's all water weight, but it makes me happy to watch that scale move after it's been stuck so long!
