Wow, you all are doing so great! THis was teh end of my third week since i commited to eating right again, and excersizing. I took my measurements but did not weigh myself (scale busted, oh well) on the 24th of january though, so it is still a bit early for me to see any real difference. good new is I am feeling great, and the running is certainly firming up the legs! DH said i need to just measure again in two weeks, then i will see the real difference. since i am doing lots of stregnth training, actually body building, the scale wont likely move down, just inches. I am guessing i weighed about 160or 162 when this started, since that is about my average when i wear a size 8-10 in my Gap jeans. THe tens are too big now, and the eights feel great. I am hoping that with all this effort come the 24th of february I will see a difference in the abdomen and arms...I can't stand my arms!!!! well, I love them really, I only wish they were stron and lean....
