Default Sunday/Feb 3

Happy Sunday to all! Why am I awake at 6:26 in the morning?? Good question I woke up at 5:45 and finally gave up.....Have yet to make coffee trying to decide if I should attempt to go back to bed. DD won't be up for hours.

Did a little shopping yesterday, nothing very exciting, some computer stuff and some crossstitch stuff, I used to love to crossstitch but really haven't had time since having the kiddies...so I am starting up again.

I am taking the little ones to Florida in 12 days-YEA!!!!

Hope everyone has a great OP day....WATER!!!! WATER!!!!! WATER!!!!!

~~~~~~~~~~ waving bye to the Chicks ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I have coffeed, meadowed, eaten, showered, brusher Hershey, tidied the kitchen, given DH his orders for the day and am off to Ottawa for Tayler's birthday brunch. Should be back before the frassing GAME! Actually a friend just dropped off a big bag of Seville oranges so I may start marmalade prep between innings of whatever they have at these Super thingies.
Will check in later. Have a SUPER day!
Good Morning!
Scooby - Enjoy your quiet time before the kiddos wake up. And have fun in FL. Where in FL are you going?
Ruth - Enjoy Tayler's birthday brunch. I feel the same as you do about the Super Bowl today. We're going to some friends' house to watch. I'm sure it will end up with the guys in the den watching the game and the women in the kitchen visiting which is fine by me. I just hope there are no incidents. Most of my friends and family are in NO and they say security is tight.
Hope everyone has a great Sunday. Don't forget the L/C munchies for the game. Remember: chips bad, cheese, wings, nuts good!
Jennifer
Default Game time!
I made a huge turkey for dinner and we are "watching" the game-neither of us are into it, but you feel like you have to! So we had dinner, and will read and putter while the tv is on in the backgroud!
eating OK, not great- have had a few more veggies and some fruit- grapes and an orange, but I am kind of craving ICE CREAM! Not to worry, there is none here, and I'll make a pot of tea later, maybe some grapes and cheese if I'm starving. Going to a friend's in Joisey tomorrow, so we'll have a nice lunch and probably go shopping. I'll wave going over the GWB Peach- I'm headed north!
Not much going on, laundry, cleaning, roasted a turkey, and have a big clean-up. Maybe if I sit here a while, DH will start the kitchen mess! Ya think?
that's it, have a good one all
Talking Whew! Busy weekend!
What can I say, just a social butterfly this weekend. Lunch dates both days. Don't get excited, just went with sister and group of friends, but it was still fun. What a challenge to stay op in a restaurant, but I did it!!! Proud of me, let me tell you.
Hope you all had a wonderful time, too!
