Let one of the girls behind the cosmetic counter give you a make-over. Then pray that noone you know sees you. 80. Make a list of things that you want to do when you reach your goal weight. Then think about doing some of them NOW instead of waiting for tomorrow. 81. People watch...one of my favorite past times. You'll never believe what you'll see!! 82. Go to a local nursing home and visit someone that most likely has noone. This makes you feel good and also makes someone elses day. 83. Make a list of why you think your a wonderful person. Come on we are all wonderful. Modest NAW!!! 84. Jot down all your on program foods that you like to have on hand and put it in your purse that way your prepared when you go to the store. 85.
