Default Me too Pooky, this really helps...

Monday (clean out the frig day, doing a big grocery shopping):

b-1/2 sf yogurt, 1/2 turkey burger with mozzarella leftover from last nights dinner)
l-mushroom omelette
s-peanuts, cheese
d-chili or turkey tacos (salad for me)

yesterday was a 100% sugar free day. It wasn't perfect, but it was pretty good. Today that is my goal again. I often cheat in the evening or afternoon, and need to have my snacks planned!

Painting so only have had breakfast so far. Sausages and eggs and cheese.

Will probably just grab some left over turkey I cooked yesterday and add a salad to it for lunch (guess I better hurry, lunch is almost over..LOL)

Dinner, heavens only knows. I need to get out food shopping but pay day isn't until Thursday and money is a bit low right now. Will grab some kind of meat most likely and add green beans to it.

Hear ya Dottie on the cheating, evenings for me too if I'm not busy. Watching t.v. don't help. Ten commercials in a row and at least 9 of them are to do with food!

Water, yes, water. I do good some days then other days...well......

I am trying to eat small!!!

Meaning small portions and trying to knock my head hunger off at the neck. I really need to stop the grazing!

I finally got on the scale...not pretty!

b...slim fast (go ahead...you can laugh now!)
l...bit of pot roast and 1/4c mashed potato
d...1 egg omelette (how do you spell that word) with 1 slice of ham and 2oz of cheese and of course I have to have mustard with it!

sugar free jello with a spoonfull of vanilla sugar free pudding made with low fat milk

couple of cheese doodles

peach

Default Tuesday, back to the grind!

small is good!

Tuesday Menu:

b-1/2 c. cottage cheese, 1/2 c. oatmeal with butter and cream
l-frozen WW entree
s- cup of cream of chicken and mushroom soup
d-cup of chili, salad

This is on the high end of carbs for me, but I have to have quick easy food for the next few days, and I bought some frozen entrees, most around 20 g. carb, but I thought the smaller portions and lowered calories would help me out. I am also planning the soup for the afternoons, because I can get very hungry, and it's too long from lunch(noon) to dinner,(7).

Who asked about evening snacking? If I avoid carbs at night, I have less cravings. And eating enough during the day helps.

Good low carb snacks are SF Jello with cream, SF pudding, some plans (even Atkins) gives you strawberries or blueberries, with cream if you like! Or the more traditional, chicken drumstick or wings, cheese, rolled up cold cuts, hard boiled or deviled eggs, celery with dip, tuna, chicken or egg salad...

see you later,
dottie
