Recommitment? Newbie? Post menu's for Dec 31 and Jan 1

  • New Year's Eve Day:

    b-coffee and coffee
    s-scrambled eggs
    l-(restaurant) salmon and salad
    d-? We are having a big meal at 2, so maybe just snacks:cheese and salami and veggies and dip and perhaps a little bubbly!

    Today's goal is to do a little exercise!

    I am in! But! first I need to get to the store...the larder (ha!) is bare here in the Pit household....and yes! today I toss all those sugary leftover (stale) goodies!

    L-Turkey/hard salami
    D-taco meat/lettuce/tomato/sour cream/cheese(taco salad no shell)
  • OK here's the menu for today...

    B: scrambled eggs and 4 strips bacon, coffee
    L: macaroni and leftover spaghetti sauce
    D: Chicken wraps and garden salad

    Lots and Lots of WATER!!!
  • OH gosh i went and exercised on an empty stomach i know better when i got home my gingerbread house was calling me and i caved!!! well it is noe destroyed so this is my clean up my act day. I have looked at that choc chip pie and have managed to pass it!!! HIOPE one of the kids get to it first. they love it and i hate to throw it away.

    so i did go and exercise and plan on going tomorow!!! 9 AM!!!

    alteast one gallon of water today is my goal
    and to take in over 60 grams of protein

    no more carbs unless they are wet carbs (veges)

    B: coffee, 2 cinnamon raisin bagels
    L: nothing, too busy working
    D: ham, scalloped potatoes, broccoli, dinner roll

    Water all the time!
